L-Citrulline – 8000 mg

  • Converts to arginine → nitric oxide.

  • Not directly nephrotoxic.

  • 8 g is a high but commonly used performance dose.

  • ⚠️ Can lower blood pressure, which may matter if you’re on BP meds.

Beta-Alanine – 3500 mg

  • Main side effect: tingling (paresthesia).

  • No known kidney toxicity at this dose.

L-Tyrosine – 1500 mg

Di-caffeine malate is ~75% caffeine, so:

  • 200 mg ≈ 150 mg caffeine

👉 Total caffeine ≈ 400 mg

That is the upper safe daily limit for most adults.

Why caffeine can affect kidneys:

  • Can increase blood pressure

  • Can raise heart rate
